Refund policy

Returns 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means that you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In the event that the product is used, we will not proceed with the exchange.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at almar.store.info@gmail.com and tell us your name, order reference, and the reasons why you wish to exchange the item. We will then provide you with a shipping address.

The cost of shipping and return shipping will be borne by the buyer. Thus, the buyer will have to send the package to our offices at his responsibility and cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
